Red Vermouth

Tommaso d’Arcangelo Bernabei, known as THE PAPACELLO, was a painter born in Cortona in 1505. Among the numerous works we like to remember the “Madonna with Child and Saints” (1527 ca.), fresco preserved inside the Abbey of Farneta. This Vermouth it was produced with our wine made from Syrah grapes.

 

Grape: Syrah

IInfusions of: bitter oranges, wild cherries, elderflower, cardamom and star anise

Bottle: 750 ml

Alchol: 18% Vol

 

Vermouth is mainly drunk as an aperitif, alone or mixed in cocktails.

It should always be served cold at a temperature of 12 ° C. Excellent smooth; the top is served with 2 ice cubes, one slice of orange and a lemon peel, to be squeezed on wine and then to be left in immersion.

 

Preparation Negroni cocktail
11/3 (3 cl) of gin
1/3 (3 cl) of bitters
1/3 (3 cl) of red vermouth
slice of orange
