The work of our “mothers” (mother sediment) conserved in kegs. It is the wine that has traditionally been offered by the family to its guests on special occasions. Il Tata is the sweet wine that is our strongest link between to tradition. Its colour is amber, the nose is intense and it reveals beautiful notes of apricot, honey, raisin and spice. In the mouth there is a balance between sweetness and acidity that is long and persistent.
